If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to stop the order before it ships; however, once an order has entered processing or shipping, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit. If a return is required, a prepaid return label will be provided.
Returns for non-defective items (such as change of mind) must be requested within 5 days of delivery and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved:
The customer is responsible for return shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
A restocking and repacking fee of up to 35% of the order total may apply
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Custom-produced or made-to-order items — including but not limited to frames, mirrors, molding, custom valances, and oil paintings — are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
If an order experiences an extended delay, tracking issue, or delivery problem, please contact us so we can assist. Resolution timelines may vary depending on the carrier and circumstances.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically processed within 10–14 business days once the return is received or the issue is confirmed.
